Add the oils to a large frying pan or wok and place over a high heat. Add the pak choi and the broccoli and stir fry for a few mins until beginning to soften.
Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and continue to fry until fragrant.
When the garlic has turned very lightly golden, add the soy and the lime juice and allow to bubble for a few seconds before removing from the heat. Serve immediately.
