Asian-Style Tofu Stir Fry



Begin by preparing your tofu. In a shallow dish, add the cornflour, onion powder, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornflour mix to coat.


In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the cubes of tofu until golden brown. Set aside.


Now, you can start on the stir fry by mixing together all marinade ingredients together and setting aside.


Pour the vegetable stock into a wok and heat through until boiling. Add the onion wedges and sauté until softened slightly. Then add the carrot and broccoli and sauté for a few more minutes.


Finish by adding the rest of the stir fry vegetables to the wok, along with the drained noodles and the cooked tofu. Drizzle the cooked veg with the stir fry marinade and stir to combine.
