For the crushed avocado, add the avocado, lemon juice and nutritional yeast to a bowl and crush with a fork until combined but still with lumps, season to taste.

Next, for the bacon bits, mix the tofu pieces with the soy sauce, liquid smoke, smoked paprika and maple syrup and allow to marinade for 30 minutes. Then heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat, and fry the tofu pieces for 4-5 minutes until crispy.

To serve, top the toast with the crushed avocado, sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes and bacon bits.
