Baked Broccoli Tots

Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 4, 350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.


Add the onion and broccoli to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.


Transfer to a large bowl and mix in all the other ingredients thoroughly.


Carefully shape spoonfuls of the mixture into shape and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.


Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and slightly crisp at the edges. Serve with ketchup or your favourite sauce for dipping.
