Baked Almond Feta

For the almond feta:

210g (1 1/2 cups)
175ml (3/4 cup)
120ml (1/2 cup)
Cold Water
20g (1/2 cup)

To serve:



Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 4, 350°F). Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and process until very smooth, adding a splash more water if needed.


Scrape the mixture into a small baking dish and liberally drizzle with olive oil. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
