Balsamic Button Mushroom Skewers

To make the balsamic glaze, add the olive oil, agave syrup, balsamic, garlic salt and dried basil together. Then push the button mushrooms onto skewers and coat in the glaze, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the skewers by placing them on the BBQ for 2-3 minutes on each side.
