BBQ Pulled Hearts of Palm
This BBQ Pulled Hearts of Palm is a vegan-friendly version of ‘pulled pork’. It uses hearts of palm instead of the usual jackfruit. It has a delicious smoky sauce that although used as a sauce for the hearts of palm, could also be used as a dipping sauce.

Top Tip: This dish can easily be made gluten free, just swap a regular bun for a gluten free bun as the filling of this dish is gluten free.
