Cauliflower and Chickpea Patties
These patties are great as part of a salad. The cauliflower, chickpeas, and spinach provide astringent and bitter tastes that are balancing for pitta dosha.
Top Tip: For a simple dressing, mix together with two tablespoons of tahini, two tablespoons of water and half a teaspoon of turmeric.
