Whisk together the flours, yeast, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder and sesame seeds.
Make a well in the centre and add thespread, water and chia then mix to form a dough.
Press the dough into a ball and leave to rise for about an hour or until puffy.
Turn the dough out onto an oiled surface and knead slightly.
Divide the dough into 6-8 balls and leave to rise again in a warm place for 10 to 15 minutes.
Roll out the balls to form flat disks, about 0.5cm thick.
Heat a heavy frying pan and lightly oil.
Place one of the disks into the pan and cook for 2 mins on each side.
Stack the breads in some foil as they come out of the pan to keep them warm and soft.
