Choc Shot Cake Bars

Servings: Makes 6

Ingredients

100g (3.5 oz)
Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
50g (1.7 oz)
5g (1 tsp)
50ml (1.7 fl oz)

Method

Preheat oven to 170°C/350°F/Gas 4 and line a baking tray.

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl, and combine wet ingredients in a larger bowl.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet.

Pour the mixture into your lined baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked throughout.

Allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes before placing on a cooling rack.

Delicious served with a sprinkling of orange zest and an extra drizzle of Choc Shot.
