Cacao and Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

40g (1/4 cup) + 2 tbsp
90g (1/4 cup) + 2 tbsp

Method

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix/whisk until the cacao powder has all dissolved, place in the fridge for 6 hours (stirring periodically) until the mixture has thickened.

Serve banana, figs, almonds and goji berries or topping of your choice.
