Chocolate-Covered Pretzels

Ingredients

200g (7oz)
Moo Free Original
85g (3oz)

Method

Line a couple of baking trays with parchment paper.

Break up the chocolate and place it into a glass bowl; melt over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.

When the chocolate is melted, use a spoon or fork to drop pretzels into the bowl. As each one is fully coated, remove it and place onto the baking tray.

Sprinkle the pretzels with sea salt. Place the trays into the fridge for around 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set. Store in airtight containers for around 2-3 weeks.
