Crackd The No-Egg Egg Vegan Granola Bar

Servings: Makes 10 bars

Ingredients

150ml (5 fl oz)
Crackd The No-Egg Egg
90g (3.1 oz)
inulin syrup
25g (0.8oz)
350g (12.3 oz)
berry granola

Method

Add the Crackd The No-Egg Egg to a bowl, and mix in the inulin syrup till smooth.

Add the coconut sugar and granola and mix until well coated.

Place the granola mixture into a greased baking tray, approximately 40cm x 16cm x 4cm (or 2 x loaf tins), and press down until firm and compact.

Bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 35 minutes, then remove from the baking tray and leave to cool.

Once cool, cut into portions.
