Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/355°F/Gas 4.

Fill the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese. Cut thin strips of puff pastry and wrap them around the jalapeños, place them onto a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden.

To make the mummies' ‘eyes’, use 2 slices of green olives with black olive in the centre.
