Curried Cauliflower with Sultanas and Cashews



Mix together the curry powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, garlic granules, fenugreek, oil, lemon juice and maple syrup to make the marinade. Coat the cauliflower in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.


To cook the cauliflower, place the florets onto the BBQ for 4-5 minutes on each side and cook until tender. Mix these with the cashews, sultanas and coriander to finish.
