Dhokla is a traditional Indian savoury cake, often eaten as a snack. It is made with gram flour, it is naturally gluten-free. Due to being steamed, it is surprisingly light.
TRY THIS: If you don’t have a steamer you can create one by using a large pan with 1 inch of water covering the base, set over a medium heat. Add a cooling rack to the pan that comes just above the water level, and place the dhokla on the cooling rack. Cover the pan with a lid or tin foil to steam the dhokla.
