Firstly, add the vegetable oil and gram flour to a saucepan over a medium heat and mix together well to form a roux, cook for 1-2 minutes until a thick paste. Slowly add the soya milk whilst whisking to ensure a smooth sauce, once all the milk is added cook for a further 1-2 minutes to ensure the flour has cooked out. Then, add the nutritional yeast, kala namak and turmeric and stir in, serve immediately.
