Place the sliced onions and cabbage in a large bowl and mix to combine.

Place all the rest of the ingredients, except almonds and sultanas, into a blender and pulse until combined and thick. A hand blender also works well for this.

Add the dressing to the vegetables,along with the almonds and sultanas, and mix everything together until will coated. Taste to check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
