Garlic Ginger Paste

Garlic and ginger are staple ingredients in many cuisines, most commonly in South Asia. Garlic ginger paste is a huge time saver, instead of chopping the ingredients for every dish, the garlic and ginger are blended together into a paste that can be taken for the jar and added directly into the recipe. To make the best of the flavour and aroma that garlic and ginger diffuse it is best to heat the paste before using in a recipe.
