Peas are an excellent added addition to any menu, these little vegetables are packed full of vitamins and minerals, with some studies linking them to promoting vision and eye health. Peas can be eaten from fresh or frozen and come in many different varieties. Peas are delicious both boiled and steamed, they can be used in soups, stir fried and pureed. Some peas can be eaten raw and are perfect in a salad.
