Guacamole with Spiced Tortilla Chips

Preheat the oven to 180°C/355°F/Gas 4, then mix together the cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper. Spread the tortilla chips onto a tray, then brush with oil and sprinkle with the spice mix. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the tortilla chips are lightly browned and crisp.


Mash the avocados, then add the red onion, garlic granules, tomato, lime juice, coriander and red chilli and mix together to make the guacamole.
