Harissa Glazed Aubergines



To make the harissa glaze, mix the harissa paste, lemon juice, maple syrup and olive oil together. Then, use a knife to score a cross on both sides of the aubergine steaks. Coat the steaks in the glaze and leave to marinade for 30 minutes.


To cook the steaks, put on the BBQ for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
