Healthy Energy Balls

Servings: Makes: 24

Ingredients

200g (2 cups)
1/4 tsp
A selection of nuts and seeds (for example linseeds, sesame seeds, chopped nuts etc.)

Method

Put the dates in the food processor and process until they have broken up and come together into a ball.

Add to this the almonds, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and sea salt.

Process for several minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add in vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of the almond milk.

Process until mixture comes back together into a ball. If it doesn’t do this, add in 1 more tablespoon of almond milk.

Remove mixture from the food processor and roll into 24 balls.

Roll each ball in your chosen nuts or seeds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several weeks.
