Ingredients

400g (14oz) tin
120ml (1/2 cup)
120ml (1/2 cup)

Method

Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer over a medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the jackfruit has softened. Use a fork to mash the jackfruit down to ‘pulled’ consistency.
