‘Oumph! The Chunk’ is a great meat substitute to use for this Laksa Noodle Curry. The Oumph! takes on the aromatic flavours of the sauce and, being soya-based, it is also gluten-free, low in fat, and high in protein.
Top Tip: This dish is gluten-free if you use rice noodles.
