Lemon, Cajun and Garlic Dipping Sauce

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then add the Cajun spice and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.


Transfer the contents of the pan to a blender, along with the silken tofu and lemon juice, and blend until smooth, before serving.
