The Vurger Co have announced that they have a new permanent location in Shoreditch, East London that will open on March 12, 2018. They have been to a number of events as a pop-up business which has been successful, and now with the help of a crowd-funding campaign they are now able to have a permanent site.

The Vurger Co’s full menu will be available including their bestselling Tabasco Auburger which is made from aubergines, chickpeas, red onion and vegan cheese. They will also be selling their infamous mac’n’cheese and their shakes. Other food items on the menu includes the Classic, the Mexican and MLT which is packed full of baked mushrooms and rocket, topped with walnut and sundried tomato paste.

The founder of The Vurger Co Rachel Hugh said: “We couldn’t be happier, we have lived in East London for over 10 years and we adore its vibe and authenticity. We have traded in the area for 2 years through various pop ups, events and festivals so moving into Shoreditch was the perfect match for The Vurger Co. We just can’t wait to get started and continue to revolutionise fast food through the power of plants!”

The new site will have the capacity for 30 diners with indoor and outdoor seating. Other additions to the menu include Canyon Coffee, beers and wines and a selection of soft drinks. The packaging and other items including straws used by The Vurger Co are all compostable, minimising their environmental impact where they can.

The Vurger Co will be in Unit 9, Avant Garde, Richmix Square, E1 6LD and open from 11.30am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
