Maple Roasted Carrots and Turnips

Firstly, pre-heat the oven to 180°C/355°F/Gas 4, then in a bowl mix the maple syrup, wholegrain mustard, vegetable oil, thyme and rosemary together.


Add the turnips and carrots to the bowl and mix them through the maple mixture until they are fully coated. Add this to a roasting tray and place in the oven to roast for 50-60 minutes before serving.
