MINUTES 1-10

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Push the tortilla wraps into oven-proof bowls and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy; then remove and leave to cool.

MINUTES 11-16

For the dressing, in a bowl whisk together the lime, mustard, maple syrup and chilli. Slowly pour in the oil whilst continually whisking, until all the oil is incorporated.

MINUTES 17-27

For the salad, mix together all the ingredients, along with the dressing in a large bowl. Season to taste, then divide the salad between the tortilla bowls, to serve.
