Veggie Nuggets
A great dinner time dish for the whole family, this dish is a healthier version of nuggets.
Top Tip: These nuggets freeze well, and can make a super easy and nutritious tea time treat for kids. Simply complete the recipe up to the end of step 5 and open freeze on trays until solid. Transfer to freezer bags and store until needed. Simply bake in the oven, adding 5 minutes to the cooking time. Ensure the nuggets are piping hot before serving.
