Mix together the dairy-free butter, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic granules.

hen bring a pan of water to the boil and add the corn and cook for 8-10 minutes, then remove the corn from the pan.

Brush each ear of corn with a little bit of the butter. Heat a BBQ or griddle pan to a high heat, then add the corn and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side to colour and char them. Once cooked, brush with the remaining butter and top with the chopped coriander.
