Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. To make the feta, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Shape the mixture into a one-inch-thick rectangle on a lined baking tray, and place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the sides are well browned. Place the feta in the fridge to cool for 2-3 hours.
Once the feta has been refrigerated, slice it into cubes. Add this, along with all of the ingredients for the grain salad, to a bowl, and serve.
