In a large bowl, mix together the yeast, water and sugar. Set aside for 5 minutes of until foamy.
Add the flours, coconut milk, coffee and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well to combine. Cover with cling film and set aside in a warm place for half an hour or until risen.
Heat the oil and non-dairy butter in a large frying pan until bubbling. Place large spoonfuls of the batter into the pan and gently pat into rounds with the back of the spoon. Cook for a few minutes on the first side, until golden brown. Sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds and flip over to cook on the other side. The breads should be fluffy, golden and risen. Serve warm.
