Moo Free Vegan Rocky Road

Ingredients

200g (7oz)
Moo Free Cocoa Baking Drops
135g (4.7 oz)
200g
Rich Tea (or similar biscuits)
Up to 50g (1.7 oz)
Other dry ingredients such as Rice Krispies, raisins, glacé cherries
100g
Mini Moo Original Bars, for topping

Method

Melt the chocolate, spread and golden syrup in a pan and set aside to cool.

Grease and line a small baking tray.

Put the biscuits in a sealed bag and use a rolling pin to bash them up! You can keep the pieces as chunky or fine as you like.

Put all the dry ingredients in a big bowl, then mix in the chocolate mixture. Pour into your lined baking tray.

Melt the additional chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Pour over the top of the tray in a thin layer.

Put into the fridge to set for at least 2 hours. Chop up and enjoy!
