Moroccan Spread – Butternut Squash Houmous

Per serving of butternut squash houmous (117g)

Add the butternut squash to a pan of water and bring to the boil. Cook for 10 minutes until softened, then drain.


Add the squash, olive oil, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water and ras el hanout to a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste, before serving.
