Oumph! ‘Hog’ Roast Roll

For the crackling, break the yuba into pieces around 5cm long. Heat the oil to roughly 180°C, and add the yuba and fry for roughly 30-60 seconds until it has slightly browned and has puffed up. Mix together the paprika, garlic granules, bouillon powder and salt and sprinkle it over the fried yuba pieces.


To cook the Oumph!, heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat then add the Oumph!, paprika, garlic granules, brown sugar, rosemary and sage. Fry for 4-5 minutes, season to taste.


To serve, fill a bread roll with Oumph!, apple sauce, stuffing and crackling.
