Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Almond Butter and Banana

Cherry and Chia Seed

1tbsp + 2 tsp
50g (1/2 cup)
120ml (1/2 cup)

Raspberry and Matcha

50g (1/2 cup)
120ml (1/2 cup0
2 tsp
30g (1/4 cup)

Apple and Cinnamon

Method

For the almond butter and banana:

Add the oats, plant-based milk, agave
syrup and almond butter to a bowl and mix well. Leave in the fridge overnight, then top with banana and flaked almonds when
ready to eat.

For the cherry and chia seed:

1. To make the cherry compote add the cherries and one tablespoon of agave syrup to a small saucepan and place over a medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the cherries are hot and the liquid has thickened, leave to cool overnight.
2. Then add the oats, plant-based milk, two teaspoons of agave syrup and chia seeds to a bowl and mix well. Leave in the fridge overnight, then top with the cherry compote when ready to eat.

For the raspberry and macha:

Add the oats, plant-based milk, agave syrup and matcha powder into a bowl and mix well. Leave in the fridge overnight, then top with raspberries when ready to eat.

For the apple and cinnamon:

Add the oats, plant-based milk and agave syrup to a bowl and mix well. Leave in the fridge overnight, then top with apple and cinnamon when ready to eat.
