Pak Choi with Chilli, Garlic and Ginger Butter

Add the dairy-free butter to a frying pan over a medium heat and allow it to melt. Then add the garlic, chilli, ginger and lemon juice and stir.


Add the pak choi and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. The stalks should be cooked but still have a crunch.
