Peanut Butter, Banana and Maple Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Servings: Serves: 2




Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together with a splash of water, until smooth.


Split the cooked potatoes longwise and stuff with the blueberries and banana slices.


Drizzle over a generous amount of the dressing and serve.
