Raw Bread Sticks

Servings: Serves: 3-4


100g (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp
2 small
3 inch piece
1 tbsp
herbes de provence
Water (if needed)



Grind the flaxseeds and put in a big bowl. Add the almonds and mix.


Soak the goji berries and tomatoes for a few minutes. Use food processor to mix rinsed goji, dried tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients until smooth then mix with almonds and flaxseeds. Add some water if the dough is too dry.


Create your breadsticks making sure the breadsticks are not too thin. Place in a dehydrator and dehydrate at 46 degrees for about 8 hours.


When the breadsticks are finished, wrap each breadstick in half a sheet of nori, wetting the edge of the sheet of nori to make it adhesive so you can stick it together.
