FOR THE SPRING ROLLS:

1. 75g (1/2 cup) cashew soaked

2. 1 carrot, cut into cubes

3. 1 lemon juiced

4. 1 tsp curry

5. 1 tsp turmeric

6. Pinch cayenne pepper

7. Water to thin

8. Black sesame seeds

FOR THE SPICY CURRY SAUCE:

1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Adjust flavors. Top with seeds.
