Rosemary and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

For the infused oil:

A suitably-sized sterilised bottle or jar

Method

Slightly bruise the rosemary stalks and garlic to release the oils. Place these into the empty sterilised container.

Pour in the olive oil and shake gently to combine.

Store in the fridge and allow to infuse for at least a week. Store for up to two months.
