Seitan Lincolnchire Sausages
These seitan sausages have a really meaty texture and crisp up wonderfully when fried or grilled, making them perfect for a full English breakfast or a vegan sausage sandwich.
TAKE NOTE: If you don’t have a steamer, you can create one by adding an inch of water to a large pan over a medium heat. Place a cooling rack in the pan, to sit just above the water level. Then place the sausages on the cooling rack and cover the pan with a lid or tin foil, to steam the sausages.
