Firstly, make the sauce by whisking together the 5 spice, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and curry powder.


Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over a medium high heat. Then add the garlic, ginger, carrot, cabbage, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables have softened. Add the rice noodles and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, then add the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the vegetables and noodles are coated
