Spiced Apple and Blackberry Pie
This Spiced Apple and Blackberry Pie is super easy to make. It will make a tasty warming dessert for those chilly evenings. Make ahead of time and either keep in the fridge for a couple of days before you want to bake it, or freeze (see top tip). It goes great with dairy-free cream, ice cream or custard and can be served (once baked) hot or cold.
Top Tip: You can make this pie ahead of time and freeze. Just extend the cooking time if cooking from frozen (about 1 hour). Check pie is cooked through with knife – it should be piping hot inside.
