Spiced Plum Quinoa Crumble
Quinoa makes a great crumble topping as it will crisp up and will have a better nutritional value than a standard crumble. If you are using gluten-free oats, crumble will be completely gluten-free.
Top tip: Serve this crumble with ice cream or cream to add a cooling twist.
