Spiced Plum Quinoa Crumble

For the filling

60g (2oz)

For the crumble topping



To make the filling, add the plums, sugar, mixed spice and water to a saucepan and cook over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the plums have softened and are beginning to stew down.


Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6, then add the coconut flour, quinoa, oats, soft brown sugar, mixed spice and dairy-free butter to a bowl and mix until fully combined and the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.


Next, add the plum mixture to an ovenproof dish and spread evenly, then sprinkle the crumble mixture over the plums. Place into the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes until the top starts to brown.
