To make the sauce, add the soy sauce, peanut butter, lime, ginger, chilli flakes, garlic granules and maple syrup to a bowl and whisk.

Add the oil to a large frying pan or wok, then add the red pepper, spinach, cabbage and carrots and fry over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.

Mix the sauce into the pan, stir in the noodles and sesame seeds, and cook for a further 2 minutes until hot.
