Place the drained sunflower seeds into a high speed blender along with all the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Scrape down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is smooth.

Scoop into a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with warm flatbreads and raw vegetables for dipping.
