Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the Oumph! Chunks until browning. Set aside until cool enough to handle. Once cooled, thread the chunks of Oumph! onto skewers and set aside.
While the chunks of Oumph! are cooling, make the teriyaki sauce by combining all of the teriyaki ingredients (apart from the cornflour and water) in a small saucepan and heat it all through on a medium heat.
Next, make a cornflour slurry by mixing the cornflour and water together until smooth, then tip into saucepan with the other sauce ingredients. The sauce will start to thicken; when it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, turn off the heat and set aside.
Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the Oumph! skewers. Sprinkle sesame seeds over each side of the sticky coated Oumph!
Warm in the oven for about 10-15 minutes before serving; and garnish with spring onions and more sesame seeds when ready to serve.
