Coarsely grate the cucumber and place on a plate lined with kitchen paper. Sprinkle over the salt and leave to drain.
Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl. Pat the cucumber dry with more kitchen paper and stir this into the tzatziki. Taste to check the seasoning and adjust, if necessary. Serve chilled
